1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India to all major cities and pin codes.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Our standard delivery timeline is 2–12 business days across India.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions. We strive to ensure all orders are delivered promptly and will keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your order on our website under the "Track Order" section.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with reputed courier services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for secure and timely delivery.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will attempt delivery twice.
- If undelivered, the package will be returned to us.
- In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, the customer must bear re-shipping charges.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept delivery.
- Contact us immediately at store@kouns.co with images for verification.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the assessment.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available for select pin codes.
- Customers refusing COD orders multiple times may be restricted from using this payment option in future.
10. Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery delays may occur during festivals, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen situations.
- We appreciate your understanding and support in such cases.
